SOME DENIED REALITY
I write from over 12 years’ experience as a State Trooper. I was in the first class that had women. I strongly admit that women have a place within police work. I also claim that they have inherent defects in some other areas. One area in which they have advantages is when dealing with children. Another potential area is a sex offense.
I recall dealing with only two sexual offenses. One involved an exhibitionist. I awkwardly interviewed the “victim” and, fortunately, turned over the matter to detectives. The other case was a “rape.” It was reported by a young woman as a real one, that is with force being used. However, the story had some “strangeness.” I interviewed the “rapist” and uncovered the reality. He wanted a lawyer, and even began to phone one. That would have been a big mistake and I convinced him not to do it. He told us everything and I judged the entire matter to be one false report, and I dismissed the entire thing.
My point here is that not every woman should be believed, even when the first story describes a crime. My general rule was this: NEVER act on the words of a woman alone, IF she knew the man she was accusing of some crime. Always have her go directly to court and ask a judge for a warrant. In 12 years, under these circumstances, no woman ever did! In The matter could usually be settled by the man apologizing, and then then spending the night somewhere else.
My conclusion is this: everyone in the legal system knows that women (most of the time) are not reliable. They can not be trusted to act rationally, or honestly, once within the legal system as a perceived victim. They develop interests other than truth. I offer the following as proof.
As of this writing the Republican Senators have “hired” a woman lawyer to question a woman who (rather vaguely) has accused a Supreme Court nominee of some (equally vague) activities. The Senators, all experienced members of the legal system, have undeniably concluded the following. IF a white man says, or asks, X then most women will become offended. If a woman says, or asks, exactly the same thing then the woman will cooperate and act honestly. I repeat: women will be rational and honest if and only if they are dealing with other women. In addition, the Senators hold that they will be re-elected if and only if they are not “pushy.” In other words, they know, from years of experience, and lots of advice from experts, that that women are totally influenced by who (actually which gender) says what, and not what is said., or what is true. IF the Senators did not know this THEN they would have simply asked simple questions with the expectation that truth actually matters to women.
In defense of women, let me proclaim the truth. Women are NOT unduly influenced by trivialities. They do not favor other women simply because they are well dressed, well spoken, of a certain age, etc. They decide things by which woman wears the cutest shoes.
